Our highly trained staff will inventory everything in your unit, right down to the last fork before you rent your unit! Our staff will prepare a general recommendation of items to have in your unit to make your rental experience and your guests rental experience a great one.
We will also recommend what items should never be left in your rental property, and possible things that need to be addressed for the safety of your guests.
With this service you will receive a detailed report of our findings and recommendations, along with photos of your unit in the event you should need them for insurance purposes. All on a DVD, we will also create a second DVD and keep it on file in the event you lose yours or it gets damaged in anyway.
This service is a valuable asset to you if you are wanting to break into the vacation rental world. It buys piece of mind and is one of the smartest things you could do to protect what is yours!
